Assignment: Final Project Part 1

This is the first of five sections required for submission for your final project. Be sure to include the following in this submission:

• Training Topic – the name can change along the way, but please hone in on a subject / topic of interest.
• Type of Presentation – Identify whether this is an individual or group presentation. For those people taking this course with others in your organization, you have the option to choose between an individual or group presentation. Please specify which this is.
• Target Audience – Identify the target audience for this presentation. Include ideal audience size, whether there are pre-requisites for your course, etc.
• Assessment– Identify how you will assess the needs of your audience (Pre, Post, or during your presentation), how you can adapt to their needs, etc.
