And this is Healing Circle through Networks for Training and Development. It's March 5 2018 8PM East Coast time 3PM Hawaii time and who knows what time it is where you are. We're so glad you joined us again. And once again, here we are to come together to breathe together to imagine dream together and to help one another. Remember that we are our own healing power. And together, we can bring major healing to one another as well as to the world. So we're joined today, and it's once again it's another interesting celestial event time. We're just past the full moon and it's Pisces time. And this full moon is very, very interesting. Pisces can sometimes be a bit of a chaotic thing, leaving things in a bit of disarray, captivating chaos is what Pisces is known for. But because we have planetary happenings of a beautiful variety, it's not just mayhem. It's... chaos can be very creative and creativity can be chaotic. And at some point, we all know this, and we need to direct it and clarify it and this full moon is here, here to help us do just that. It's a time for us to kind of cleanse our systems and to detoxify. It's a time for us to both honor our dreams and also make a plan to make it real. And that's what the full moon is about. It reminds us of our own ability to make our visions real, and to make our dreams real and to manifest. And so that's what I really wanted to focus on today - this power of manifestation, this power of that we have within us, to help us be in charge and to help us bring about those things that we dream of those things that we wish for, the things that we hope for. We can do that. We have that power. And one of the best ways of doing that is using meditation, along with visualization. So part of the idea behind this is is that meditation helps to quiet us. We know that all the survey and all the medical information these days tells us that; that meditation is very good for grounding us and bringing us to a sense of calm. But the other thing that meditation does is it helps us to really focus. It's the principle of focus, which is really the inherent quality in meditation that helps us to calm our systems. You know, we're so used to with our what's called our "monkey brains" with so many things going on and jumping from one thing to another and many different tasks and things on our list to do. And, you know, we pride ourselves in the ability to do so many things at the same time, stay connected, and to always be in charge. And it's not always so good. And there's a lot to be said for bringing about times in our life, even if it's just for a moment, or less than a moment where we just focus on something, the whole principle of quote, "Be Here Now" - this idea of trying to be present in whatever is going on for us right now, just in this moment. And again, maybe it's only for a moment. But this idea of this principle of focus, it can be very challenging for us. Absolutely. You know, we're used to jumping from one thing to another, one thought to another, one action to another, and many of us have great difficulty even imagining being able to focus on our attention on just one thing, no matter how important it may seem that it is, no matter how hard we try. And in fact, sometimes the harder we try, the more elusive it is. The harder it is to do. And so we're going to focus on this a little bit today, if you will, about bringing this together, bringing this idea together, of beginning for some of us, or practicing for some of us this idea of focusing, focusing ourselves through this idea of meditation, but also combining it for a little bit of fun with some creative visualization. With this idea of manifesting for bringing about some hopes and dreams that we all have,and we do all have them. No matter how old or how young we are, no matter how seasoned we are in life, no matter how accomplished we are. No matter how sad or happy or whatever we are in life, male, female, tall, short, whatever we are, it doesn't matter. We all have hopes. We all have dreams. And for many of us, we feel it's impossible. Or we feel we don't... we haven't earned them, or we can't reach them. Well, let's see what we can do about that. So, say for example, you want to attract a romantic partner, a deep love, or deep down, you don't think that he exists or she exists. You think that perfect person wouldn't even be interested in you? Or maybe it's that you're wishing that you earned more money or you had more financial security. But there's a proud part of you probably thinking, but how am I going to get it? That's not possible. I've reached my max or I'd have to go back to school or whatever it is that your brain tells you. That you can't, it won't happen. It's not possible. That's reality. That's the reality at least, that's in our brain and holding us back. So what we're going to do here today is focus a little bit in a couple minutes on the idea of meditating and just breathing, that's going to be our object of focus: the act of breathing. And I'm going to help you with that. And a woman that I know a friend of mine, Gabby Bernstein is also going to help us with that. And while we're breathing and when we finally can get to a point, hopefully, through breathing, and through some music, that we finally find ourselves even just relax a little bit. We're going to insert inour single object of desire, that thing that we really want. But first we're going to imagine scene, we're going to imagine a scene that is comfortable for us, a scene that's not altogether too far off. Maybe it's a favorite park, or a beach, or a mountain stream. Or maybe it's your bathtub. Or maybe it's your home, or your kitchen, or your bedroom that you had as a child. Or maybe it's some other place that you've been, you've only been once or maybe you've been many times. But for you, it's that picture that dream of solace. It's that place that you wish you could go to often, and maybe you're lucky enough that you can. Maybe it's one of your Happy Places, one of your favorite places. We're going to go there. You're going to go to your favorite place, your happy place, your calm place, you're going to breathe it real. And then when you're really there, and you're feeling it and you're sensing it, then we're going to introduce that object of manifestation, that object of desire, that dream of yours. Maybe it's that romantic partner or perfect job, or financial security, or good health, whatever it is. We're going to add that in to that already comfortable, that already familiar place that you know, and we're just going to breathe it, and we're gonna make it happen. You ready? Okay, here we go. Gabby Bernstein 8:30 Sit comfortably cross legged on the floor or sitting up straight in your chair with a gentle neck lock. Dropping your chin and pulling your neck back so it's in alignment with your spine. Closing your eyes gently, placing your palms facing upward to receive all the energy that is around you within you and supporting you. Begin your practice by connecting to your breath. Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe out. Continue to allow your breath to deepen with every inhale and every exhale. Allow your body to recalibrate, to its natural state. Your energy can reorganize. Your mind can wander. Your thoughts can shift naturally. your nervous system can calm down. Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe out. As you continue to breathe, give yourself permission to dream. Give yourself permission to be in the wonder of all that you are able to create. All that you are able to receive. Happiness, health, abundance, joy. Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe out. Accepting in this moment that everything you need is already with you, everything you longed for everything you wish for, everything you hoped to manifest is all ready here. Right now. Everything in this moment as perfect as it is, unfolds naturally. Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in, breathe out. All that you need is coming to you in the perfect, divine order. Your palms are facing upward representing your desire to receive your commitment to allow your willingness to surrender. Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe out. Your dreams and your visions can be your reality. Your dreams and your visions can be your reality when you simply allow your body to attune with the natural energy of love. Breathe in. Breathe out. Maybe it's your favorite park, or a beach that you love or your bathtub or your kitchen early in the morning before anyone's awake or late at night. Maybe it's your porch, or the bedroom of your childhood. Maybe it's a place you've only imagined and has been part of your life and your dreams. But wherever it is, I want you to really be there. Breathe in. Breathe out. I want you to feel yourself there. I want you to smell being in that place. I want you to hear it. I want you to feel it. I want you to know that you are there, you are safe. You are surrounded by comfort and peace. Sink into that. Sink into your feelings. And breathe it. Now bring into that reality the object of your desire. Maybe It's the great love and romance, your partner, let him or her enter your space and be there with you. Or maybe it's health and wellness and your feelings of staying strong and in charge, not anxious, not sick. Or maybe it's financial security and knowing you have money so that you're comfortable and not worried. Or maybe it's knowing that you have that perfect job and accomplishments and are happy and are fruitful and are making a difference. Whatever it is. Bring that reality into the reality of your safe space of your bathtub, in your park, or your beach or your mountain or your kitchen or wherever it is you are. And don't just imagine it, know it. Know it and sense it and feel it. That it's not a dream. That lover is there. That money, that security, that health. That feeling of belonging. It is true. It is you. It's already there. Breathe in. Breathe out. Take one last deep breath and gently coming back into your body holding that breath for a moment. And on the exhale, release. One more deep breath in and release. And when you're ready, open your eyes. You can make this reality. It is your reality. It's within all of us. And that's the amazing thing about this power of manifestation. It's already in existence. It's already here and it's for us to tap into. And we can bring it about and the basic rules are: - Believe: Believe that you have that power. Believe that it already exists within you. Believe that you are amazing, because you are. Put it out there to the universe. Speak it out loud those desires. Don't feel like you're selfish. You're not selfish. You deserve it all. Put it out there. And then breathe into it. Breathe it into your reality. Breathe parts of it every single day and look for those parts in your every day. Find ways that you're already rich, or healthy, or loved and happy. Breathe into it. Believe it or put it out to the universe. Look for it. That's what manifestations about. You're already doing it.
